TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • We must have a photocopy or emailed scan of your up-to-date proof of current vaccinations against DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus.) Whilst Bordetella (kennel cough) is no longer on the routine vaccinations schedule we would strongly advise your dog also be vaccinated for this prior to coming into kennels.
  • Dogs must be micro chipped and proof provided, it is your responsibility to keep these details up to date.
  • Worming and flea treatment up to date.
  • Puppies must be 12 weeks plus.
  • Owners must be truthful when filling out behaviour evaluation forms. Any bite and aggression history MUST be disclosed.
  • If someone else is dropping/collecting your dog then you must pre warn staff.
  • Your dog must have a flat collar or harness with a name tag, no choke chains, metal studded collars allowed. If you do not have one we will provide your dog with a collar and our tag.
  • Please bring any food or treats that you wish your dog to have throughout their stay, please clearly label. If you forget food this can be provided at an extra cost, but may cause an upset stomach as always better on their own food. We accept no responsibility for items like toys, bedding equipment brought. We supply everything your dog needs for a fun stay.
  • Please advise of any illness prior to bringing your dog, particularly coughing. No dog can be accepted if they are unwell.
  • Owners of unspayed female dogs understand that while every precaution is taken to prevent unwanted pregnancy, liability lies with the owner of the female dog.
  • If your dog becomes unwell during their stay we will contact you immediately either for you to take them to your own vet or for us to go straight to ours. We use Rouken Glen Vets . All vet bills incurred from treating your dog are your responsibility regardless of how the injury was sustained.
  • Owners understand that off-lead interaction between doggies playing always carries a small risk as dogs are unpredictable. Therefore you are aware of the risks involved and assume all risks. Any dog misbehaving will be given a timeout.
  • We are happy to administer medications providing they are in their original packaging with your dogs name, medication name and strength, directions and dosage, times per day, how to be given and the details of illness being treated.
  • We take photos and may post these on our social media or use them on promotional material, if you do not wish your dog to be included please let us know.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
